We’ll break down the body mechanics behind each pose, helping you understand alignment, leverage, and smart progressions that support long-term growth. Classes also include strength and mobility conditioning, fun partner drills, and interactive games that build coordination, timing, and trust. You’ll improve your communication skills, develop stronger body awareness, and gain tools you can carry into both your AcroYoga practice and everyday life.
